At least 10 companies have already announced dividends and interest on shareholders’ equity by June 30.
Bradesco (BBDC4) and Banestes (BEES3; BEES4) banks kick off the calendar with the deadline for investors to secure dividends and interest on capital (JCP) from companies listed on B3 this Monday (3). At least 10 companies have announced dividends by June 30.

The schedule also includes Petrobras’ (PETR4) deadline, which approved the distribution of R$ 13.45 billion to its shareholders last month, dividends referring to the first quarter of 2024.
According to the company’s announcement, the amount to be paid is R$ 1.04161205 per ordinary and preferred share in circulation. The deadline to be entitled to the resource is June 11.
– The first installment of R$ 0.52080603 per ordinary and preferred share in circulation will be paid on August 20, 2024, in the form of interest on shareholder’s equity;
– The second installment of R$ 0.52080602 per ordinary and preferred share in circulation will be paid on September 20, 2024, with R$ 0.44736651 as dividends and R$ 0.07343951 as interest on shareholder’s equity.
Another highlight of the month is Banco do Brasil (BBAS3), which will pay almost 5 billion in dividends.
Part of the resources will be distributed to those who hold the bank’s shares at the end of the session on June 11.
For these investors, dividends of R$ 0.165 per share and JCP equivalent to 0.29316146583 per share will be transferred, totaling R$ 3.784 in dividends.
Those who hold the position until the 13th will also secure part of Banco do Brasil’s second distribution in June, of R$ 1.166 billion, equivalent to R$ 0.20424044440 per share in JCP.
According to the financial institution, the payment represents an early payment for the second quarter.
Before that, the calendar includes Cosan’s (CSAN3) deadline, which pays R$ 840 million – or R$ 0.45147654 per share – to investors who hold the stock at the end of the session on June 5.
The same applies to investors in Ferbasa (FESA4), which will pay JCP on the next 20th of R$ 0.04825383436 for each common share and R$ 0.05307921780 for each preferred share.
