The Enel Brazil announced in a press conference the hiring of over a thousand new employees and the creation of professional training programs to select young apprentices later this year.
The first class consists of approximately 1200 employees who will reinforce the field teams in the next 12 months.
This is almost double the workforce responsible for emergency response, maintenance, and loss prevention. According to Enel’s president, Antonio Scala, the goal is to provide more agility in emergency situations.
